Is your piece of jewelry damaged and outside our 3-month warranty period? No worries! We offer the option to have your jewelry repaired.
Repair costs: €4.95 per piece of jewelry.
Are you missing one or more beads from your jewelry? Please send an email to webshop@labelkiki.com first. We'd be happy to discuss the possibilities before you send the jewelry.
How does it work?
- Carefully pack your jewelry in a bubble envelope or a sturdy box, so that it is well protected during transport.
- Add a note with your name and address details.
- Send the package to the address below. Shipping costs to us are at your own expense.
- Shipping to us is at your own risk. We therefore recommend sending your package with Track & Trace.

Once we have repaired your jewelry, we will send it back to you free of charge.
